TimeToFullCharge return incorrect values

TimeToFullCharge is declared as
long? TimeToFullCharge { get; }

But the value return from my Model 3 is in hours.minutes.

When I query the time remaining which is 5.15 (5 hours and 15 minutes), the result of TimeToFullCharge is 5.

@Harryhar I've had date/time discrepancies in the past. The response comes from the car and is sometimes broken with firmware updates. If this is an intentional change or a bug with this library, then I guess it should be a string.

I'm happy to accept pull requests.
