Motion Capture Service Refactor and Optitrack support #13
Description
refactor the vicon class to use raw UDP stream reading form crazyflie project
Should use the base service class and incorperate the correct status flagging
Link status flags to the status panel (status Service)
Rework the vicon panel to include inputs for vicon connection settings, adress, port, frequency etc,
Link vicon panel buttons to the vicon system
Add Optitrack support via NatNet package
Add option in ui panel to select motion capture source
rename class to motion capture service
