Which Ant+ USB Stick is recommended?

I'm now looking for a good arm band monitor and want to switch to an Ant+ receiver on the pi 4. Which USB stick is recommended, or not recommended? I'm finding all kinds of devices on Amazon for $10-60 with about the same ratings. Also, brand recommendations for the sensor would be good too. My assumption is Garmin and Polar will be at the top of the pile, so let me know if this is not the case.

i use the aftermarket one i.e. not the official Garmin and it worked. i did the development with thst too

In terms of sensor what do you mean? heart rate? if heart rate polar h9 is dual band meaning it can have ant and ble at the same time. this is what i do. Bluetooth to the monitor ant to my Garmin and bith have heart rate.
