Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Open a library example: test-support\src\manual-tests\issue-9798\example1\issue-9798_1.bib in JabRef.
2. Select the entry in it and go to general.

3. Add the correct file. 4. Execute `Automatically set file links`. 5. After executing `Automatically set file links`.

Configuration of library properties and the main file directory:
