Fix button placement at commit dialog

Folow-up to #16569

The button should be in the same line as the other buttons

Hi, I'd like to work on this. Plan: check the diff of #16569 to see where the placement changed, then fix the layout in GitCommitDialog.fxml so the button sits in the same row as the others. Please assign it to me — this would be my first JabRef contribution.
