Description
Describe the bug
After limiting the TDP to 44W on the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X, the TDP still peaks at 55W when running a CPU-Z stress test. It automatically drops to 35W after 1-2 minutes, while the goal is to maintain a steady ~45W.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Set the TDP limit to 44W on the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X.
- Launch CPU-Z and initiate a stress test.
- Monitor the TDP reading during the test.
- Observe the TDP peaking at 55W initially, then dropping to 35W after 1-2 minutes.
Expected behaviour
Maintain a steady TDP around 45W (aligned with the 44W limit) throughout the CPU-Z stress test, without unexpected peaking or significant drops.
