[BUG] - Window size can exceed screen resolution with text scaling

Describe the bug
The window size looks like it can exceed screen resolution. This occurs on my computer with 150% text scaling (1504 px vertical resolution). At 100% text scaling, it still fits, but wouldn't with a 1080p screen.

1. Open the tool
2. Click on CSA tab

Window should not exceed vertical screen resolution or show a scroll bar so everything is acceptable

If you set a fixed size for the window (ie using the snapping window to maximize) - does it fix it and create a scrollbar?

It doesn't. It makes the window wider, but no scroll bar, and still can't get to everything.

Also seeing this issue on Windows 10, if that's relevant at all. CSA list is too long to reach the download button, and does not have a scroll bar, while other lists are short enough to reach the download button.
