question: Can this support NW.js desktop-type apps? #355

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask. I'm trying to convert a node-based desktop app to android. It uses NW.js, and needs to interact with serial devices (either via bluetooth or USB). It originally started as a chrome app, but was then basically converted to a stand-alone desktop app using node & nw.js. It's basically a single-page app with multiple tabs that uses tools such as jquery to manipulate the dom & change the content of the main page.
I'm not much of an android guy, so, my question is basically 'is nodejs-mobile the right tool for this job?'
