Part of Master Password does not change after changing Masterpassword

I could not find the place where KeePassQuickUnlock saves the Passwort, so there is no way to reset it manually. Can you fix this or tell me how to reset it?

The password gets saved if a database is about to get closed. If you set a new masterpassword, the PartOf mode should use the new password.

@Taranis01 Just clear the Plugin cache: Tools->Plugins->clear button.

I have the same problem. After changing Master password nothing changed to QuickUnlock. I tried reinstalling the plugin, clearing plugin cache, clearing plugin cache manually, changing quckunlock settings (instead of the 1st 3 symbols the last 3 symbols for example). Nothing helps. QuickUnlock accepts the part of the old master password only.
P. S. I have the portable version of KeePass, 2.46.

Just came back to report that i (still) have the same problem exactly as @emariel describes.
Also changing the PartOfMode Settings to use the beginning instead of the end of the password does not work too - it will still use the same part of the (outdated) password.

I solved my problem. It's a shame I didn't see it earlier. :) Just found the entry in my database with the name QuickUnlock. In the Password field I changed the old part of password to the new one. That's all I should do there. Now it's working.

In essence you are using the Custom Entry Mode. I didnt had the QuickUnlock entry as i was using the PartOfMode only.
Just added the QuickUnlock entry (with another password) and the PartOfMode stops working totally, even when it is still active in the Settings.
