Tag plugin specific keybinds on the keybinds menu

Tag plugin spefic keybinds so they are easier to search for, such as:

• having their own category
• having a specific color or tag on them
• special search term such as "[Plugin]" to bring up all plugin keybindings on the settings

Additional way of implementing this would have plugin spefic actions easily modifyable on the plugin menu by on a new tab
