Getting the error "500: Could not call index", when querying the database after successfully creating the Index.

We have successfully created the index. Now, when we try to query the database, we are getting the error 500: Could not call index.

we are trying following query:

data = self.g.V().has_label(_label)  # Filter nodes by label
        if node_title:
            data = data.has("title", _title)
        data = (
            data.has(property_type)  # Ensure the property is not null (exists)

            .by(property_type)
