Fill crates' metadata

# Description

In order to match crates.io artifact reqirements the following fields should be set for `Cargo.toml` files:
- `authors`
- `license` or `license-file`
- `description`
- `homepage`
- `documentation`
- `repository`
- `readme`

Also it is expected that fields:
- `keywords`
- `categories`
will also be filled.
