Hello, I ran into a case where my hyprpanel would error out while reloading due to bluetooth being enabled when bluetooth hardware is not present, so I made my bluetooth.py handle bluetooth more gracefully when encountering either HAS_BT_DEPENDENCIES True or False so that hyprpanel will continue to load correctly regardless.

I'm not the most active on GitHub and I don't want to put the the bluetooth ahead of the dbus so to speak but I'd love feedback on the script and maybe it would even be worth a pull request.
