Feature

Integrate ViewJS as the platform to display the Resume PDF. The current method I have in place is kind of clunky, sometimes doesn't load, and also does not let users scroll if their cursor is on the document.

Requirements

1. Make sure that the PDF viewer is responsive
2. Make the PDF viewer's width/height just enough so that users DO NOT have to scroll to view the entire PDF document. (No Scrollbar)

Contributing

You can make changes to the HTML/CSS/JS files as long as it is within the scope of this change. You can also create an ID tags when necessary.
