Aws sqs publish to multiple queues

Hi, sqs queues are point to point - if I want to publish message to multiple consumers, ie multiple queues how to do it? In docs there are configurations with pubishing message to specific queue and listening to specific queue, but not to multiple by convention. There is also conventional routing, but it is not explained how it is setup. Also is publishing to mulitple queues in sqs supports outbox?
