Fix logging in VNC Console

Currently VNC Console logging works only for print statements. Support to use get_logger() using rclpy needs to be added.

What is wrong with the VNC console logging?

Nothing wrong with it , just working on a feature implementation so that print statements / logging from the user code shows up on the VNC Console. Current implementation the logging only shows up on the main terminal where docker is being run.

The other loggins from the RAM do not need to be displayed to the user

My bad forgot to mention this is for the ROS Native Port ( Part of the GSoC Project) , so that users can get it working using get_logger too.

Although while prototyping i came across something even print statements don't work ( when writing code using rclpy alone )

I was able to track this down to the import GUI as long as GUI is imported to the user code its able to print on the console .

Yes. That is because the console module is initialized in the GUI
