create a custom Rhiza badge for downstream

Custom rhiza badge would be cool, something like

[tschm]

So, I wonder whether the README needs a more serious refactoring and ultimately we may even rename this repo.
I am thinking the repo should be called rhiza-templates and the README should point (stronger) to rhiza-cli. What's your take?
