Issues with Android Talkback

Hello, 

It seems that this library is incompatible with Android Talkback. I've tried to use selects in the documentation but it's pretty much unusable. 

This workaround helped with Voicover, but it doesn't affect Talkback: https://github.com/JedWatson/react-select/issues/5190#issuecomment-1634111332 

Is there intention to fix this?
