hddm_r exception

Since we updated hddm to 5.1.2, the reconstruction test for all years after 2017 fails with this message:

After this, it just gets stuck and times out. You can find an example log file here:

It seems to happen only after roughly one million events, which makes debugging a bit annoying. I will try to reproduce the issue with the current default version set.

False alarm. The jobs failed because they ran against the limit of the requested disk size, which is strictly enforced on the batch farm since Feb 17. This date coincides approximately with the switch over to the new hddm version, but is unrelated.
