- Implement useSwiper hooks
- Implement loading spinner
- Implement admin page with svg chart library and react-editor

- use gooey effect, but there is no idea how to implement it.
- need more reference
02. useSwiper
- need to implement useSwiper hooks from react-easy-swiper. It is really good reference to study slider component
- But, I want to implement custom hook, so I decide convert it to hook style
