Changelog moved from Unreleased to Released section is malformed #260

Describe the bug
It seems, that the automation creating PRs for the new release malforms output when moving content from the unreleased section to the released section. It happened to me two times:
- https://github.com/nextras/orm-intellij/pull/100/files
- https://github.com/nextras/orm-intellij/pull/104/files
It seems to be related to backticks.
Environment:
- OS: Linux, GitHub actions
- Gradle Changelog Plugin Version 2.2.1
- Gradle Version 8.11.1
