Review PR after improvements/fixes are done

Hi, is there any option or is it planned to trigger re-review after commits with findings are pushed?

I can imagine it could review only commits from last review.

Currently, LlamaPReview reviews the entire PR when triggered. The feature you mentioned - incremental review of only new commits since the last review - is indeed a valuable enhancement that we're aware of.

We're actively developing an Advanced version of LlamaPReview that will be free for all open-source projects. This enhanced version will include the incremental review feature you requested, along with many other improvements.

I noticed that there is no additional reviews when changes are pushed to the same branch, is that correct?
