When using debug mode in PyCharm, the GUI program cannot be started with creationflags=subprocess.DETACHED_PROCESS. And in other scenarios, it works as usual. So why?

And, when I disable the subprocess attach feature of pydevd, it works well, so the issue may be caused by the pydevd?
