• Plotting structure rework

  Currently, CellPlot/CellListPlot/IterCellPlot/AutoIterCellPlot classes have a lot of duplicate code and nonintuitive structure. This needs a complete overhaul. Possibly a new Cell.plot class where plot-related properties can be accessed (with caching support)

• Metadata update

  Create file readers that read most microscopy data file metadata (tifffile, OME XML) and associate it with the current numpy-subclass data objects used or via a new class. The metadata should propate with the image data to Cell/CellListObjects automatically or with intuitive user direction.
