My name is Maham, founder and manager of XRay Global — a VPN service provider based in Iran. We provide high-speed VPN connections via Outline servers to users on Android, iOS, and Windows.

We currently provision Outline accounts ourselves and guide users to install the official Outline app. However, we would now like to integrate Outline connection functionality directly into our own application, removing the need for users to install a separate Outline client. This improves usability, especially in regions with technical or political restrictions.

Here are our main questions:

1. Is there any official SDK or API to embed Outline client features into our app?
2. Can we use open-source components of Outline (like the Shadowsocks logic) to implement this?
3. Are there any licensing or legal concerns we should be aware of for embedding Outline’s technology?
