Query - Output Stability

Hi!

Regarding the comments around the stability of the tools output, I can see that the model parameters are set to temp=0 & topP=0. Can you help me understand why there is still only 90% consistency? From doing some investigation these settings should give the same output each time. What am I missing?

We have also considered how stable the outputs are run to run and comments are categorized into the same topic(s) ~90% of the time
