[Feature Request] Using package installer when shizuku is not connected

When pataching app locally if the shizuku is missing, it refuses to install the patched app. You have to go to the working directory and install the apk manually.

Falling back to package manager in case shizuku is not connected.

What is your Android version? If it is below 9, it is a normal prompt

I can install this APK without patch and even with patch but from file manager. So it definitely supports arm V8
