Error magic wand on histology image

Hey there!
Using HERBS was a such a big help on my research!

I have been using it in the past without problems but recently something new emerged!

After registrating the histology image to the mouse brain atlas and accepting the transfer, I am willing to register the injection site!

For that I am using the magic wand to click on the expression site on the histology image.

But now it seems that I cannot do it there but only on the registrated image on the atlas.
Have I missed something during the transfer?
