破案了，厨房的电灶台段路造成的跳闸，irena的管理员帮忙换了新灶台就好了。那两天很着急给engie打电话/又给一个公司打电话/冲到irena的office问什么情况。最后大姨三言两语就给我解决了。。。以后遇到事情还是要先找距离近的人帮忙。。。 |

今天男朋友说的内耗太严重什么事情看的太重要。。确实是这样，无论是前两天停电还是最近的期末复习，我总是很焦虑，总是想万一xxxx该怎么办。。导致自己心里很焦虑，其实本质就是面对陌生事物的害怕，不确定自己是否可以用以往的方案去解决它，胆小/害怕失败/缺乏条理/杞人忧天。我这样会把自己精神和身体搞的越来越差的，人生就像是无休止的闯关运动，每天都会是小关大关，保持警惕是应该的，但是不要过度紧张，来了比利时听到最多的建议就是让我chill，听到这种建议我一般都在心里问自己 怎么chill？一无所有怎么chill？不紧张吗？不努力会找不到工作，不学习会无法通过考试（可能学了也会挂科）我怎么chill? 后面明白是别人面前chill，装也要装的优雅，人是有肌肉记忆的，慢慢训练自己吧 |
