Issue Description

The entire ShopNex website is not responsive for mobile screens and multiple other screens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the website
2. Go to inspect and set the screen size to mobile, and tablet screens if you are on a desktop.
3. Navigate to different parts of the webspage.
4. It is observed that the elements are not responsive to the screen size appropriately.

Expected Behavior

Perfectly aligned elements as per the screen size the user is at.

Actual Behavior

The entire app is not responsive to the screen size which causes elements to be out of place in multiple mobile and tablet screens.
