force open taskbar if automatically hidden

I have the taskbar automatically hidden because then i have a bit more space available to work with.  
but this makes this program useless in maximized programs because i can't see witch label is bind to witch program.  
It would be nice if the taskbar opened if the hotkey is pressed.
