[BUG] Not respecting `meta` key requirement with `meta+.` hotkey

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'stackblitz repro example'
2. Try hotkey meta+., make sure it works
3. Now, try pressing . alone, see that it still increments counter

Expected behavior
Pressing . alone shouldn't trigger key binding

Same for me. I believe this is an issue for all modifiers when the { useKey: true } option is applied.

i had to revert to the latest 4.x
