Incorporation: As a user I can see Various states of Motions

Description

As the first Motion of an incorporation may not pass, we need to show failed Motions and the history of Motions created. As well as the state where the Motion has passed and the application has been sent off for processing.

Acceptance Criteria

• if the motion passes user should see
  • an update stage "Processing"
  • a "passed" tag in linked motions
• if the motion fails user should see
  • stage " payment"
  • a "failed" tag in linked motions
  • an option to click "create motion" button
• an option to see a history of linked motions
