Add to signature list automatically, or send back suspicious samples

Currently, the anti-cheat has signature scanning capability, but will not produce new signatures itself. It also doesn't send back any suspicious samples for manual signature creation. This means the only way to create signatures would be for the developer to obtain a sample of cheat software, which isn't realistic for real world scenarios.

Therefore, at minimum suspicious samples should be sent back to the control server.
