Fails with an exception when a Map definition char appears without a key #24
Description
KWCommands parser fails with Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalStateException: Start not initialized exception when a map definition char is found (= or :) but there is no key to build an Input.
Example:
{this=master, is=in, =, beautiful=cover}
