Improvements to documentation that explain each of the features under pages directory

First off great job on all this. It's nice that it comes with everything set up.

I see there's some discussion about removing unused packages which I think is great, in addition to that it would be nice to have documentation that goes into depth what each thing is. For instance, "devtools-panel", would the dev want that? Would they know where to look for that to even inspect it? Maybe, maybe not. So I think there's room for improvement to explain things more with documentation.
