Difference between this and WXT

How does this project compare with https://github.com/wxt-dev/wxt? I'd like to evaluate both and the amount of build configuration in this project is a little intimidating. Something I've run into before with browser extensions is really painful build migration as tools and frameworks change.

Thank you for making this wonderful project, it seems like this and WXT are the 2 top options for starting a browser extension project in 2025.
