Please can someone help me change what I need to so its set to Switch Mode + Ultimate by default

I have tired but it doesnt work and then I have to spend 10 mins pressing random buttons until it eventually recognises the controller. Here are snips of what I have changed (mainly). Assume that my pinouts are correct because I have tested them and the are working fine.

I have tied holding MB3 on plug in, doesnt work. I have tried holding RF1+MB1+RF2 and that also doesnt work. MB3 is my home button and RF1 is MODX MB1 is Select and RF2 is B.
I dont have a need for any other configuration/device at this stage and if that changes in the future I will add it back and apply similar logic. All I need is for it to load the Switch/Ultimate mode by default on plugin either with a button held in or none at all.

Appreciate any help. This is on a PICO.
