From Message if Related to Series optional link

Develop a way to link back to a series from the Message.

This has been implemented in PR #1048 and merged to development.

What was added:

• New link type 10 "Link to Series" available in the Layout Editor for any element's link type dropdown
• Works on both the messages list view and the sermon detail page
• Uses the existing series route (Cwmhelperroute::getSeriesRoute())

How to use:

1. Edit a template in the Layout Editor
2. Add or select a series element (e.g. series, seriesthumbnail, seriesdescription)
3. Set its link type to "Link to Series"
4. The series name on the detail page becomes a clickable link back to the series listing

This will be available in the next release (10.1).

Completed in v10.1.0: The Layout Editor supports series elements with configurable link options in both messages and details contexts. Templates can show a clickable series name linking to the series page. PR #1063 also added related studies suggestions which surfaces other messages in the same series.
