  • docs: add 28 help screen pages and sidebar navigation Create wiki-based help pages for all Proclaim admin views, replacing the local HTML help files removed from the main repo. Each page follows a standardized structure: Overview, How to Access, Toolbar, Fields/Columns, Tips, and Related links. Also adds _Sidebar.md with organized navigation for all help screens.
