have indepences install right after visual studio and maybe if possible use "haxelib run hmm install" to install them (if you guys can figure out how to have git after haxelib)

This isn’t necessary, especially since the workflows rely on those two being separate otherwise they would try to install Visual Studio, and that would not be needed
