Update toolbar logic and add unitypackage

Simplified the anchor size clearing and page rebuild logic in ToolbarController.cs by removing delayed execution and recursive resizing. Deleted obsolete TestData.meta file, added TableForge-1.0.2.unitypackage, and updated default layout settings for improved window arrangement.
