PMI popup occurs depending on down payment percentage #124

I think the PMI pop up feature would be even more useful if it considered the user's down payment versus their PMI.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the user entered a down payment greater than or equal to 20% and they also entered a PMI percentage, the popup should tell them that PMI is not typically required in this scenario. If the user entered a down payment of less than 20% and 0% PMI, the pop up should inform them that PMI is typically required in this scenario.
