https://tsdown.dev is new and exciting. Let's use it!

Additional Info

This is separate from #1910. I'd still like to investigate tree-shaking based on entry points, not hardcoded heuristics like *.test.*. But that's a larger investigation than just "switch from tool X to tool Y".

I'm bumping on the dts issues with tsup too now. Must look further into tsdown

Ah that reminds me, this was really only "blocked" on the cspell dictionary not having it. Which was never really a true blocker (cspell.json can add it to words) and should be resolved now anyway as of streetsidesoftware/cspell-dicts#4313. I'll push this forward.

Oh nice! I've worked around the issue for now by simply disabling dts emit. Which is not really an issue as Avalanche is a CLI tool. But I like the idea I could use the types if I wanted to. I'll be watching to see what migration from tsup -> tsdown looks like!
