razer-laptop-control overrides full RGB control for keyboard — should be optional #7
Description
The razer-laptop-control package includes functionality to control the RGB keyboard lighting. However, it appears to limit or override the color range and effects available through other tools or native controls (e.g., OpenRazer, Polychromatic, etc.).
This can be frustrating for users who prefer more advanced RGB effects or color configurations, as the control is too basic or restrictive.
Steps to reproduce:
Install and enable razer-laptop-control
Attempt to configure the keyboard RGB with another tool (e.g., OpenRazer, Polychromatic, etc.)
Notice limited or overridden color control
Expected behavior:
The RGB keyboard control feature should be optional, or provide a configuration flag to disable it. This would allow users to use their preferred RGB management tools without interference.
