Create / update getting started document #705

Any other observations or things to improve?
A colleague and I had some difficulties getting it to all work, I'll speak to him too.
It also took me a while to figure out the repos folder structure and again a while before I figured out I should generate docstubs and frozen stubs beforehand. But too be fair I barely skimmed the docs, I didn't read anything properly.
Maybe a simplified example walkthrough for generating a full set of stubs for a particular board would be good.
Current quick start documentaion is:
- Hard to find
- pretty terse
- assumes knowledge
