Make options in decky-loader module to install plugins for decky-loader to use

We already got decky-loader as a module.
Now I was thinking about extending the module and adding an option to install decky-loader plugins.

The current idea would be to make modules for each plugin.
Then add a list option inside the decky-loader module where these plugins can be added.

Seems like the other issue was just talking about the config of the plugins and not whether they are installed or not

It really doesn't, no. It should cover both. The current situation is that no one really wants to work on it, but it is very much possible should someone be willing to.

Well I'm interested in doing something about that. But also making configs for the plugins themselves would be a bit much for the start. So I would just let this issue open to create the configs for which plugins to install. And when that's done we can see the other issue as an expansion, maybe?

The problem with "which plugins to install" is that that's really not going to work. What we need to do is actually repackage the plugins, and then "install" those in a way that Decky can find them.

There already seems to be a draft pull request that tried this, but it's apparently really unstable and causes decky-loader to crash a lot
