What has changed
- Previously we weren't concerned with the FM program at all, now that is the primary concern and we should aim to address that first and then build upon it with expanded views of on-chain data from the QN
- Previously I guess the thought was that a completely customized solution, built from the ground up would have to be utilized due to our very unique use case and requirements (e.g. council terms, elections, WGs...) However, there have been huge improvements in available open source tools which remove quite a lot of the workload and look like they have a promising future. So by just choosing a good open source tool we can avoid having to reinvent the wheel since these already look quite promising and can be self-hosted by our own community.

Tooling
Quite a selection of possible tools were listed in this issue:
The best overall tool I have found that seems like it meets our requirements so far is Tooljet.
Limit of Scope
- Needs to have UI catered to various usertypes (creator, speculator, governance, tokenomics etc)
- Nothing will need to do any form of transaction, we will only be reading data (at this stage)
Basics
- FM/incentives data (arguable the most pressing issue)
- Budgets
- Proposals
- WG overviews
- Minting/burning
- etc (much of it was already described in JSSv2 description)
Issues in scope
- Idea: UI to show query nodes #683
- Idea: Status page/website #641
- JSSv3 - API for future blockheight timestamps #777
Views
- Budgets/minting - absolutely critical, so few projects even bother with this.
