Squareline Studio Support

You can now fully customize the LCD UI using Squareline Studio. All necessary project files have been added to /docs, including:

• .sll project file (and .spj)
• Fonts, icons, and assets
• Backups for reference

This makes it easy to build and export your own interface for the LCD screen, perfect for those wanting a personalized or branded Nomad UI. you can also change the layout/size of items, just ensure the names stay the same.

New Default LCD UI

The new built-in UI includes two major improvements:

• SSID display: no longer hardcoded to "Jcorp_Nomad", shows your actual Wi-Fi network name.
• SD card usage bar: see how full your SD card is directly from the screen.

LilyGO T-Dongle S3 Support Backburnered

After extensive testing, support for the LilyGO T-Dongle S3 is on hold. While it was a promising low-cost, compact option, its memory layout can't reliably handle streaming, often limiting to just one choppy video. I am very open to suggestions, but it can barely run the most basic version of this system. (though potentially I could have a bad unit since it should perform better on paper)

I'm currently looking for better alternatives in a similar form factor and will update when something stable is found.

Waveshare Board Shipping Note

The original Amazon listing for the Waveshare LCD board now shows shipping delays of up to a month. I've added a second link in the README that ships faster (potentially 2 day) check that if you're ordering soon. Also check waveshares website, these things can be had for about $12 if you don't mind paying shipping / waiting for it!
