Multiple Chrome Profiles

Hey Juan! Thanks for this script btw it helped me a lot.
However, I've been having some errors when I try to use an App address that's for a different chrome profile than my main one.

E.G.
C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --profile-directory="Profile 15"

It's giving me an error that says %AppAddress% Not Found

Is there a way to make this work?
